C.L.S. was started by Dave Clouse in 1982, and due to a very successful start, was incorporated in 1987. Dave started C.L.S. with the vision of a successful and enjoyable career in lawn and garden maintenance, based on integrity and a belief that good competent work mattered, and was the most required ingredient to satisfying all clients needs. C.L.S. quickly grew into supporting land developers and builders. Success continued as C.L.S. was soon contracting work for the area’s municipalities.
